Multi-use and comfortable
These shorts are perfect for running, biking and daily use. I find them very comfortable and not see through with light weight material. I bought both size medium and small. Both fit well but I tend to gravitate towards the small as the small is a little more form fitting BUT both look and feel comfortable. I am 5’5” and about 140 pounds. I love all the pockets, my phone also stays in my front pocket without falling out.

Great Shorts, Odd Pocket Design
I like these a lot! I’m four months postpartum with my fourth baby in 6 years so I needed some good, comfy shorts for this summer. I’m 5’5” and 165lb right now. I ordered a L and it fits very comfortably. The rise is high enough that it doesn’t squeeze my tummy where I’m extra squishy right now and give me love handles. They’re also long enough to be comfortable and modest. I walked 3.6 miles straight yesterday and didn’t notice any rolling/riding up. The only thing I don’t love is the pockets kind of stick out weird. They’d look better more on the side I think, but they’re more towards the front and kind of pop out. No matter, I ordered two more colors because the pros outweigh the cons!

(About me: 4’11”, about 115 lbs, 26″ waist, 39″ hips. I ordered these with the intent to wear them as running shorts.)My measurements usually land somewhere between sizes Small and Medium, but I opted for a Small and have been very satisfied with the fit.I had a little bit of a hiccup with my first order. I ordered S, and the label on the outside of the package did say S, but the shorts inside were L. I had to return them, but did end up with the correct size afterward.The logo on the front and the ‘BALEAF’ on the back are reflective.The side pockets are a little more forward-facing than I was expecting–I thought they would be a little more towards the side seams, but it’s not as though they’re directly on top of the thigh or anything. Heavier objects may pull the pocket down past the hem, but that’s unsurprising considering the stretch and flexibility of the fabric. I wouldn’t use these pockets for actual exercise, as contents would be way too loose, and there’s no zip closure. However, these pockets would be perfect for post-run errands or post-race festivities.The back zip pocket does fit an iPhone 11 with a case–it’s kind of a tight stretch, but the pocket does zip closed. I tried running with my phone in this pocket though and there is a lot of bounce, which was both uncomfortable and a chafe risk. This pocket is better suited for ID or a credit card.The hidden pocket at the front of the waistband held my car key securely.As far as storage goes: I still take my flipbelt with me to carry my phone and keys on long runs.Even so, these are some of the comfiest shorts I own. The 5″ length hides the worst of my cellulite and prevents my thighs from rubbing together. The liner stays put. The waistband is wide and sits right below my navel, no muffin top. I spilled water on myself and it was dried within minutes. Butt sweat doesn’t show.I’ve washed them a couple times now without issue (cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low).These are my new favorite running shorts. I bought the grey (which I think is a little lighter than the product image) and purple colors.

True to size, comfortable and love the shorts
Just received these shorts today and love them!!!! They appear very well made and perfectly for the beach.I’m 5’9, about 135 lbs & wear a 6/8 or medium. I ordered the medium size and fits perfect.I’ve not washed the shorts yet, but will update should they not wash well.Hope this information is helpful.

I got a size medium per Amazon’s recommendation. I should have sized down. Usually wear size 2 or 4. Baggy, but good quality.

Perfect length athletic shorts!
I’ve been looking for more modest athletic shorts and these are great! Material is comfortable, pockets are a nice feature (front pockets and also one zipper pocket on the back waistband) These do not ride up in the crotch when I’m walking and keeps my thighs from rubbing together. I’m 5’2” about 160lbs and the size large fits perfect. I plan on buying more colors!

Sharp looking!
I love these shorts! They are very comfortable. For me, the length is perfect. I purchased the army green and red, both X-small. I am 5’3”, 119 lbs. Even though they both fit and are the same size, for some reason the green shorts are roomier than the red. Also, the liner inside the green pair is larger.

These running shorts fit perfectly I’m a size 10 and the comfy waist band fits well. I bought a medium. Lightweight shorts, fast drying, rear zip pocket works well. Don’t really use the side pockets. Excellent value for great quality shorts.

Great fit, flattering shape, nice feeling to material. Length is good too so can to yoga and use a weight bench without exposing yourself. Not see through. Don’t get sweat patches either.
