No side effects AND no taste!
This product has no taste and also it does not cause any facial or chest flushing, which can often occur with taking niacinamide (a.k.a. vitamin B3).Along with my internist’s advice, I have decided to do everything I can to avoid taking a statin to in order to lower my cholesterol. If this formulation does not make a difference in six months, then I will begrudgingly start taking a statin. Cardiovascular disease in the form of elevated cholesterol and high blood pressure runs in my family.My blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels were way too high 3 weeks ago, so in addition to taking this vitamin B3 twice a day, I am also taking:daily fish oil (1250 mg)one baby aspirin (81mg daily)1-2 tbsp of flaxseed oil (in yogurt, delicious!)4 oz of no added sugar beet juice2 TBSP Metamucil dailyI have been decreasing my intake of saturated fats, and have increased my daily physical activity, too.The available literature notes that taking Vitamin B3 can help to lower high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well reduce the risk of heart attack by slowing down the process of narrowing arteries. There is also a ton of literature that supports all of the above as well. After speaking with my physician and reading a TON on my own, this is the path that I’m taking for now. Hopefully the blood tests that I take in the next few weeks and months will render good results!

Attitude adjustment, less achy joints
On second bottle now.Seems to have helped my mental attitude and perceived energy level. A bit more active dreams. Taking two dropperfulls 3x daily for a total dosage of about 100mg.Noticed some reduction in knee, back and ankle pain. Encouraged enough with these results to order the powder (elsewhere) to mix my own for future use.Slightly sweetens the water, pleasant taste. Was worth the try. From my research, I understand this supplement has a trade-off – a little is good, multiple times a day, but a higher dosage is not as effective because it has a short life before being metabolized. Good luck.

Better feeling after taking it
I actually love that I feel better o eral since taking this product. I have other methylated B complex that I take occasionally, but it has niacin only (and a very tiny amount), but this is niacinomide. A different type of niacin. No flushing from this one. There are only 3 ingredients and very clean. I reordered it

Most amazing niacin supplement EVER…
Literally almost perfect taste, slight vanilla sweet… not thick syrupy or medicine-like at all. No after taste. My picky eater 5 year old has a dual MTHFR mutation and if she’s needing extra protien any supplement drinks have added folic acid (which her body doesn’t make enough of the enzyme to metabolize) so she has some pretty intense behaviors to additional folic acid so this liquid allows me to neutralize the beverage perfectly and she can’t even tell its there and being a very light Vanilla it mixes well with anything!

I needed B3 for my liver health and nerves. This also benefits your skin, over-all nerve health, heart and other issues. Some take it to lower cholesterol. I find that it helps with eczema…Helps calm me down. The taste is wonderful…easy to take and swallow with no aftertaste. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
