AMAZING serum for hyperpigmentation & uneven skintone
Wow, this is a really high quality and effective ampoule. It’s a watery-type serum that easily absorbs into my skin and works nicely with my other products. It also doesn’t irritate my very sensitive skin despite having strong actives, so I can tell the formula has been carefully designed to also have soothing ingredients. I’ve been struggling with uneven skintone and hyperpigmentation (mainly Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation from eczema issues and deep pimples that I occasionally get on my cheeks that seem to be related) for 5+ YEARS (I’m currently 32). Between this and another ampoule I recently got (the Easydew 5x), I think my troubles may soon be solved. I alternate which one I use every night to try to get the maximum benefit without overloading my skin. I think this Dominas ampoule helps more with my uneven skintone (on my cheek that has the issues, I developed an almost mottled appearance to my skin on the lower part of my cheek, splotches of red and splotches of white that are lighter than my actual skintone, which has a very “sickly” appearance that I hate and has diminished the confidence I have to go out without makeup on to cover it). This has almost completely cleared up that mottled skin in just a week and a half of using every other night!! It’s also significantly lightened my hyperpigmentation spots (one of the smaller and newer ones is completely erased). This also gives a beautiful glow and brightness to my skin and helps gently minimize pores. This ampoule is also definitely worth the price because you get a bottle that is quite large, and it only takes a few drops to fully cover your face (or less if you just target it in certain areas) and just a small amount of product gives you HUGE benefits. 10000/5 stars 🙂

Helps dark spots but feels a bit sticky
I got this because I deal with dark spots and wanted something stronger that could fit into my routine. The bottle looked elegant when I unboxed it, and the dropper design was smooth and easy to use. The serum had a thicker feel and did leave my face a little sticky at first, but it did not irritate my sensitive skin. I did notice a floral scent, which I found unnecessary but manageable. The listing and the box did not agree on how often to use it, which I found confusing.Once I started using it, the serum absorbed well enough and kept my skin hydrated. It never caused redness or stinging, which I appreciated. After about two weeks, I did feel like my dark spots looked a bit lighter, especially on my forehead. It did nothing for my cheek redness, but I did not expect it to since it is not made for that. I liked that it fit easily into my routine and felt gentle despite having strong ingredients. The sticky texture faded once it settled, and my skin felt soft by morning.I gave this 4 stars because it seems to help with dark spots, and the formula seems to be high quality and does not irritate my skin. The main downside is the sticky feel at first and the conflicting instructions on how often to use it. I thought the value was fair since it felt concentrated and seemed to make some progress on pigmentation. I will keep using it, but I am not sure yet if I will reorder.

Promising ingredients but scented
I’ve only just started using this so my review is based on the ingredients plus the design and overall quality of the product rather than the results as far as lightening pigmentation. Normally I use a product for longer before reviewing but since the directions for this ampoule are to use it just once a week I’ve only had the chance to use this twice so far.The bottle itself is gorgeous. It’s long and thin with a dropper that I’ve never seen the likes of before. Not only is it really long and elegant but instead of a rubber bulb top it has a button that is depressed to dispense the serum from the dropper. Just really pretty and works very well.The ingredients contain an impressive list of actives that should in theory work to lighten dark spots. I remain hopeful! You’d be surprised how quickly dark spots pop up once you reach a certain age, so brighteners are a must in the routine. The serum is very fragranced though which I find annoying and unnecessary. It’s a pretty perfume scent thanks to added fragrance. I think this adds a complication that limits the number of those who could use this or would enjoy it.There is a discrepancy between the listing information and the printed product information though! So that leaves me a bit unsure of how to use this correctly. The box says they recommend you use this infrequently but the listing says it’s safe for everyday use. That’s a big difference and it’s why I deducted a star because I do think this needs clarification! To be specific, the product instructions say they suggest the ampoule is used just once a week to limit potential irritation because of the AHA. Hard to imagine it would be effective at lightening using just once a week though! So I suspect it’s the listing information that is correct but I don’t like guessing when it comes to my skin.The price point is high but this does seem like a concentrated formula and if it is to be used less frequently a lot of use could be gotten out of the bottle. That changes however if it’s meant to be used both morning and night. The ampoule seems to be a quality product and so far I’ve not experienced any irritation from it. I’m just a bit confused on how to use it correctly still!
