These have a very pleasant flavor, and are easy to take. I like that these are sugar free, but they also don’t have that gross artificial sweetener flavor, that tends to be way too sweet for me. I love that the ingredient list is very short, no unnecessary stuff. Personally, these seem to work better for me than capsules or tablets, but that is strictly personal. I do like these, the gummy form makes them easy to take at any time and without water, that’s a huge plus to me.
